Isn't NC beautiful?
This fall has been beautiful minus the drought, so we took a family trip up to Pilot Mountain to see the colors. Because of the drought there wasn't a whole lot of color...many trees were dead. But we had lots of fun and Landon loved hiking up the rocks by himself. Since then, the Lord has blessed us with Lots of rain! We hope it continues! We feel so sorry for the California fires...Our prayers are with with all of you who are there or affected by it.

It looks so beautiful! Good to hear about the rain!!! The fires out here are making it ridiculously hot and smoky. The air is really unhealthy, so we have been going stirr crazy shut up in the house all day this week. But we are so blessed to be far away from the fires. Keep up the posting! Love the pictures!
